Olive oil (for greasing forms) - 1 tsp.
Peel potatoes, cook until tender.
Drain and mash the water in mashed potatoes. Cool slightly. Then add sour cream
Add the egg, flour and baking powder. Salt the pepper and mix well. Silicone molds, I took the small ones, grease them with oil, lay out the potato mass, filling out the forms almost completely.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 С until cooked, about 15-20 minutes. If large forms, then increase the baking time. Ready muffins cool a little. Then put a little cream cheese on top and garnish with caviar.
