Ingredients:

red caviar 1 tablespoon

sour cream 1 tablespoon

3 eggs

butter 1 tablespoon

dill or green onion chopped 1 teaspoon

ground black pepper to taste

salt to taste

 

Instruction:

Beat eggs in a bowl, add a little salt and black pepper. Melt the butter in a pan, pour the beaten eggs.

Cover the pan and fry the omelet for 5 minutes until it “rises” and becomes magnificent. Ready omelet, put on a plate, sprinkle with herbs, grease with sour cream, roll. Spawn caviar on top of the omelet. The dish is ready to serve.
