Ingredients:

Salmon

Red caviar

Cream cheese

Garlic

Chives

Instruction:

Finely chop the garlic leaves, then mix them with cottage cheese.

We cut the fish into thin-thin plates (you can use ready-made slices), put three plates on top of each other.

In the center we spread the curd cheese mixed with garlic, collect the ends of the fish plates in such a bag (the fish sticks very well to the cheese).

We tie our "pouch" with a bow, and simply cut off the long ends of the leaves.

We straighten the ends of the fish, put red caviar in the middle.
