Ingredients:

Chives - 30 Grams

Smoked Red Fish - 150 Grams

Cherry Tomatoes - 3 Pieces

Parsley - - To taste

Butter - 50 Gram

Cream 20-23% - 200 Milliliters

Pasta - 300 Gram

Red caviar - 3 teaspoons

Instruction:

We cut the white part of the green onion into thin rings.

Cut the red fish across the fibers into small pieces.

We cut each cherry tomato into 8 equal parts.

Finely chop a small amount of parsley.

We take a deep pan or a wide stewpan, melt butter in it. In the heated oil, we throw small onion rings, fry until soft - about 1 minute.

Add the pieces of red fish, pepper and, quickly mixing, fry for about 1 minute

Now pour the cream into the saucepan, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer our sauce for about 5-6 minutes. In the meantime, our pasta needs to be thrown into boiling water.

About a minute before the sauce is ready, add cherry tomatoes to it.

Add the paste (without water, of course) to the stewpan. There we throw the chopped parsley. Gently mix and remove from heat.

Put the dish on a plate and decorate each serving with a teaspoon of red caviar
