Salmon Caviar
250 g flour
milk - 0.6 l.
2 chicken eggs
30 g sugar
30 g butter
1 avocado
sour cream - 0.2 kg
1 onion
salt to taste
Instruction:
Pancakes:
Heat the milk, mix with salt, sugar and add beaten eggs.
Mix the resulting mixture, sift the flour and pour into the dough.
Melt the butter and combine it with the dough.
Put the finished dough in a warm place for half an hour, so that the dough comes up. Bake non-thin pancakes (approximately 3 mm thick).
Filling:
Peel a mature avocado, cut in half and take out a stone.
Grind the pulp of avocado in a blender, add 100 g of sour cream.
Grease the pancake with an avocado mixture, lay the caviar on top. Roll pancake tight roll. Cut the roll into 2 parts, pour over the sauce.
Sauce: Finely chop the onion.
Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
