Ingredients:

Flour - 3 stacks.

Margarine - 200 g

Sour cream - 200 g

Salmon (Lightly salted) - 300 g

Sheep cheese - 150 g

Avocado - 1 pc.

Cucumber - 1 pc.

Lemon - 1/2 pcs

Red caviar - 100 g

Quail egg - 6 pcs.

Salt (and pepper to taste)

Instruction:

Knead the dough for tartlets. To do this, soften the margarine and grind thoroughly with flour. Add sour cream and salt and knead the dough. Cover with foil and put in the cold for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough, cut out the mugs from it and put them in tartlet forms. To maintain shape in tartlets, it is recommended to put beans or peas. Send to the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes.

Put fish slices at the bottom of the finished tartlets. Then cover with a circle of cucumber.

Grind the remaining fish and cheese in a blender - this will be red mousse.

Peel and remove the avocado. Mix the fruit pulp and lemon juice in a blender, add pepper and salt to make a green mousse.

Place both mousses in tartlets. Garnish with egg and red caviar on top.
