Ingredients:

Potato - 5 pcs.

Sour cream - 125 g

Red caviar - 90 g

Parsley - 5 leaves

Instruction:

Rinse the potatoes well, wrap each potato in foil and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Remove foil and cool. Cut each potato in half, remove part of the pulp so that the walls remain 2 - 2.5 cm. In each half put 1 teaspoon of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of red caviar.
