Instruction:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the baguette into thin slices and put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, put in the oven for ten minutes. The bread should dry and look like chips. Remove and cool. Grate the onion on a coarse grater. Squeeze the juice from the onion mass - for these actions it is better to prepare gloves in advance. Gently mix caviar with mayonnaise and cream, add onions and serve with bread chips, garnishing with a slice of lemon and dill.
We recommend using 200 g Astrakhan pike caviar for this recipe, since it is not pasteurized caviar, it retained its original rich taste, and due to the rich content of easily digestible protein, lecithin, polyunsaturated fatty acids, minerals and vitamins in this caviar, the snack will be nutritious and useful.
