Ingredients:

1 small head of soft goat cheese,

1 egg

Freshly ground black pepper

40 grams of breadcrumbs,

600 milliliters of light (light) oil - sunflower or soybean,

Lettuce (lettuce),

30 grams of salmon caviar

Instruction:

Choose soft varieties of goat cheese, that is, those that are easily cut into round slices.

1. Cut the cheese into slices one centimeter thick. Beat the egg and pepper and pour the resulting mixture into a small plate. Having dipped slices of cheese in the resulting mixture, carefully roll them in breadcrumbs until a thick layer is formed.

2. Heat the oil in the deep fat fryer (make sure that it is not too hot and that splashes of boiling oil and pieces of breadcrumbs will not fly at you). Fry the cheese until golden brown. Remove the slices from the oil, drop them on a napkin and allow to drain.

3. Before serving, garnish the plates with lettuce and place on each three slices of goat cheese. Garnish with a spoonful of salmon caviar.
