Ingredients:
● 2 fresh avocados
● 2 fresh cucumbers
● 300 g salted salmon
● a bunch of mint
● lemon juice
● mustard
● 2 tablespoons of red caviar - for decoration)
Instruction:
Cut salmon into small pieces. Slice avocados the size of salmon slices. Grind cucumbers, or cut into strips. Released in this juice, drain. Finely chop the mint leaves.
Combine salmon, avocado, cucumbers and mint. Add caviar. The ideal position for this dish is Chaland Premium. Season with lemon juice and mustard. Mix well and let it brew for 10 minutes. You can sprinkle fried sesame seeds in a dry pan.
