Ingredients:

-375g shrimp.

- 180 ml of thick cream (mayonnaise may be).

- 2 teaspoons of fresh dill.

- 1 tablespoon of finely grated horseradish (variation - without it).

- salt and white pepper to taste.

- 2 tablespoons of red caviar

- salmon

Instruction:

Mix everything except salmon in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Roll salmon into cones and stuff them with a mixture. Serve with lemon slices.
