Instruction:

Cook quail eggs, then clean them.

Cut the cheese into slices (1 cm), squeeze the "flowers" out of the plates with a mold. We cut cucumbers with the same form.

We spread flowers from cheese and cucumbers on a dish, put cream cheese on top. Around the cheese - red caviar.

We cut salmon with long and thin plates. Wrap each egg with a salmon plate. We put them in the center of the "flowers".

We decorate each canapé with greens and eggs.
