Ingredients:
50 gr Crab meat
30 gr Cucumbers
40 gr Tomatoes
20 gr canned green peas
5 gr Red caviar
40 gr Cocktail sauce
Salt, Pepper to taste
Boil the crab phalanges in salted water for 5 minutes. Then cool and cut with scissors along the limb to the end and remove the crab meat.
Boil potatoes until cooked, cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
Rinse the tomatoes, cut the peel crosswise on the tomato on top of the tomato, and immerse in boiling water for 30-40 seconds. Then take out and immediately cool in cold water with ice. Remove the tomatoes from the water, completely peel them. Then cut the tomato and peel the seeds, leaving a clean fillet, i.e. completely peeled tomato walls. Then cut the tomato walls with silver quartets.
Rinse and dry the cucumbers thoroughly. Then peel the cucumbers and cut into a small cube.
On a wide round plate, set a metal shape to a ring of suitable diameter. If such a form is not found at hand, then you can do without it. In this case, the salad will have to be laid out in layers on top of each other and it will not turn out very smoothly.
AT lettuce ring put alternately chopped potatoes, green peas, cucumbers, tomatoes, crab meat. Between each layer a little cocktail sauce. Then remove the form from the salad, such a peculiar washer should turn out. Top or side decorate red caviar.
