Cream 33% 100 ml
Juice of one lemon

Instruction:
We take fresh, red fish of any kind, separate from the bones, cut into cubes and fry in a pan (do not add oil) and cool. Defrost frozen ready-made shrimps and clean them. Salted salmon is cut into small cubes, mixed with fried fish, peeled shrimps and chopped in a blender. To the resulting mass add chopped dill, lemon juice, cream, cream cheese, whisk until smooth. We cover it with cling film and fill it in the following sequence: fish and cream mass; Red caviar; fish and cream mass. We put the forms in the refrigerator for several hours. When everything hardens well, we take it out of the mold and release it from the cling film. Spread on lettuce leaves, and then generously decorate with red caviar and shrimp.
