Ingredients for 25 pieces:
500 g puff yeast-free dough
1 can of red caviar (140 g)
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 egg white
Parsley leaves for decoration
Sprinkle the dough with flour and slightly roll out in one direction. A notch with a diameter of about 4 cm is cut from the dough 50 circles. With a smaller diameter notch, cut out from half the circles of the ring. Put large mugs on a baking sheet and grease with slightly whipped protein. Put rings on top and also grease with protein. We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake until the puff pastry rise and brown, about 15 minutes. We take out and cool.
We put in the middle of each puff pastry a small piece of butter. Put caviar on top. Decorate with herbs and serve immediately.
